Inherent risks and mitigating controls can be defined and ownership assigned for additional actions. Fully supports workflow (e.g. approvals and email notification). This module works in conjunction with other modules (such as eGRACS Risk Manager) to make the entire governance, risk and assurance processes seamless and repeatable.


The eGRACS Governance Manager module integrates data and reports from all assurance sources to provide high-level visibility and insight needed to manage and mitigate critical risk, compliance and security issues.


The eGRACS Risk Manager automates the process of identifying and managing compliance obligations arising from laws, regulations, industry codes and organisational standards. eGRACS Risk Manager is aligned with ISO31000, the International Standard for Risk management.


The eGRACS Audit Manager automates the process of defining and managing risk based audit plan with scope details, resources and schedule required for each audit assignment. It provides capability for easily selecting control tests and documenting test results, residual risks and audit findings along with supporting evidence. Access to audit records can be restricted to specific teams performing the audit.


The eGRACS Compliance Manager is a comprehensive solution for automating the process of managing compliance obligations, identifying breaches and tracking remediation efforts for internal as well as external compliance requirements.


The eGRACS Security Manager automates the assessment of technology vulnerabilities and security threats to information assets enabling the identification of security risks and deployment of mitigating controls that help achieve your corporate objectives.
