eGRACS Academy is an online learning centre for the eGRACS framework that consists of eGRACS Methods, Models and ERM Suite. The online learning resources are presented here in a modular style that builds your knowledge and understanding of eGRACS framework and solutions in a step-by-step manner.

The eGRACS Method is a systematic approach for efficienct management, governance and assurance of information and communication system (ICS) portfolio. It provides a new way of thinking and working for enterprises that use ICS solutions in running their business. It also offers a cohesive and consistent approach for seamless integration between various ICS as well as business functions.

eGRACS Method framework consists of three methods, viz. Governance Method (GM), Management Method (MM) and Assurance Method (AM).


The eGRACS Model provides good practice guidelines and techniques for controlling and directing information and communication system (ICS) solutions, services and related risk management efforts. It descibes the core aspects of the chain of ICS processes, including purpose, strategies, inputs & outputs, dependencies, roles & responsibilities, risks, controls, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, etc.

eGRACS Model framework consists of three reference models, viz. Manage Demand Model (MDM), Deliver Solution Model (DSM) and Manage Capability Model (MCM).


The eGRACS ERM Suite is a set of integrated modules that create a powerful toolset for achieving Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). It operates fully online, using Internet technology, enabling collaboration between multiple risk and assurance teams irrespective of their location. A single repository, powered by Oracle RDBMS (alternatively MS SQL Server or MySQL), captures, documents and organises all information relating to the end-to-end process of managing enterprise risks.

eGRACS ERM Suite consists of six tighlty integrated core modules, viz. Enterprise Manager, Governance Manager, Risk Manager, Audit Manager, Compliance Manager and Security Manager.
